    how Do i get art?

    terms of service

    1. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke service at our discretion.
    2. Please treat all staff and customers with respect.
    3. All sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in extraordinary cases and require team approval.
    4. Full payment is required when placing your order with the cashier.
    5. Revisions are not guaranteed. Edits may only happen if the artist offers one unprompted or if there is a major issue with the artwork. Changes to the original request are also not allowed.
    6. Artists are always assigned randomly, and their styles are vast and varied. You may request a style, but no guarantees!
    7. Additions to the art piece beyond the customer's character (weapons, minions, etc) are at the artist's discretion. You may ask, but they can say no. If they accept, make sure to tip!
    8. Each customer is limited to one artwork per opening.
    9. Doppios of the same character purchased by different customers will not be allowed.
    9.5. Players who are already part of a Doppio may still purchase a Grande/Venti if they are also in the queue.
    10. If no slots are available for any of the customer's preferred art type but other slots remain open, their request will be declined. No priority queue allotment will be given in such cases.
    10.5. Priority queue will only be given if the customer's preferences include both of the solo art types but was not given a slot.
    11. NSFW requests are not allowed. This includes nudity, sexual acts, or excessive violence/gore.
    11.5. Skimpy clothing is allowed only at the artist's discretion, and may lead to delays in your request getting picked up by an artist.
    12. Artist availability for modded characters varies on an opening-to-opening basis. Intricate detailing on modded characters (e.g. excessive piercings, tattoos, scales) are subject to artist discretion and may be simplified on final art.
    13. Purchases made in this venue are not allowed to be used with generative AI in any shape or form. This includes feeding, training, referencing, or uploading the artwork to any AI tools, engines, or models.
